The Kompozit Group Holding is mainly engaged in production of water-type radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers in aluminum and copper-brass versions for cars, trucks, buses and other motor vehicles, agricultural and special-purpose machines, generators and power plants.

The Holding started its activities in 2007 when Ekaterinburg Plant Kompozit JSC (Ekaterinburg, Russia) and Buzuluk Mechanical Plant JSC (Orenburg region, Russia).

The enterprises of the Holding have got their own design and development divisions, testing centers which carry out the whole range of works from development to series production.

Annually the Holding manufactures more than three hundred thousand radiators per year which are sold throughout the world in Russia and CIS countries, Baltic states, Poland, Germany, Vietnam, Egypt, Cuba and Pakistan.

In 2015-2016 development of more than 100 types of radiators is expected. Deep modernization will make it possible to increase production volumes and enhance  product quality. All products are delivered in individual carton or pallet original brand packaging with the Kompozit Group symbols. Each radiator is labeled with a security sticker with the Kompozit Group hologram, date of production and Technical control department stamp.

The specialists of the Holding are at all times concerned with  improvement of the product development  and process technology, in this they use the newest materials, create advanced designs using proprietory engineer solutions protected by the patents. Constant search and implementation of new technologies, use of the modern equipment ensure high quality of products generating the interest and increasing demand of the consumers. In spite of the strict competitiveness the Holding succeeds in increasing its production volumes and developing  geography of deliveries.

The products manufactured by the Kompozit Group Holding demonstrate excellent technical performance, standard quality, reliability and have positive feedback. Our products comply with the requirements of the Russian National State Standard and the international ISO 9001 standards.

The second trend that is developed by the Kompozit Group holding - is production and supply of agricultural and special machinery.

In 2009 the Kompozit Group holding’s enterprises signed dealership contracts with the Minsk Tractor Works JSC and obtained a status of dealer MTZ Belarus tractor equipment throughout Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

On the territory of the holding’s enterprises in Russia in Ekaterinburg and Buzuluk, MTZ tractor equipment selling Dealerships Centers, which carry out not only sale of the entire range of the "Belarus" Minsk Tractor Works tractors, but also conduct semi knocked down assembly, service and repair of equipment during warranty and post-warranty periods of operation were opened.

In 2012 the Kompozit Group Holding’s enterprises signed dealership contracts with the Gomselmash RUE for sale and servicing of various types of combines and agricultural machines under "Palesse" brand name. In the same year the Kompozit Group became an exclusive dealer of the Minsk Automobile Plant - MAZ.

Currently, there are ready to sell tractors and combines on the industrial sites of the holding’s enterprises in Russia and Kazakhstan. The sale of the equipment is supported by credit and leasing programs of the largest banks and leasing companies such as Sberbank, Rosselkhozbank, Rosagroleasing, VTB-Leasing.
