The Kompozit Group Holding was established in 2007 on the basis of the leading enterprises of Russia in the sphere of production of radiators and heat exchangers. Currently, the holding integrates Management Company with office and warehouse in Ekaterinburg city (Russia) and manufacturing enterprise - Buzuluk Mechanical Plant JSC (Buzuluk city, Orenburg region, Russia), that produce cooling radiators for automotive, special and agricultural machinery. 

All  enterprises of the holding have a 50-year experience in designing and manufacturing of radiator products for the needs of the leading enterprises of Russia, CIS countries, Baltic States and Eastern Europe.

Currently, the production of heat exchangers specializes in producing of more than 300 models of copper-brass and aluminum automobile and tractor radiators under the "Kompozit Group" brand name.

The second trend that is developed by the Kompozit Group Holding - is production and supply of agricultural and special machinery.

In 2009 the Kompozit Group Holding’s enterprises signed dealership contracts with the Minsk Tractor Works RUE and obtained a status of dealer MTZ Belarus tractor equipment throughout Russia, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

On the territory of the holding’s enterprises in Russia in Ekaterinburg and Buzuluk, MTZ tractor equipment selling Dealerships Centers, which carry out not only sale of the entire range of the "Belarus" Minsk Tractor Plant tractors, but also conduct semi knocked down assembly, service and repair of equipment during warranty and post-warranty periods of operation were opened.
